Rachel has been in the fitness and wellness industry for most of her life. Beginning with ballet as a child, she knew that she had a passion for music and dance from an early age. She fell in love with fitness and decided that she wanted to share her passion with others who have the aspiration to become better, stronger versions of themselves. Rachel teaches Bfit Cycle classes, and loves to create a “dance routine on the bike” while giving a stellar workout. She teaches pole fitness/dance classes and instructs all of the private parties at Bfit. Rachel also competes and assists in coaching the Bfit Competition Team.

When she’s not teaching or massaging at BFIT, you can find Rachel in the kitchen dreaming up new recipes, in her garden, or spending time with her family.
