SHANNON LOVES FOOD! When she first joined BFIT she knew she needed a plan that was sustainable and didn’t include eating solely chicken and vegetables for the rest of her life and she found that. The BFIT program taught her how to make better choices so she could live a healthier lifestyle all while still eating delicious (and now nutritious) food. Her goal is to introduce a variety of meals to the members so that no one ever feels deprived. We make food fun again through cooking classes, food exchanges, and meal preparation get togethers!
