Since selling my farm and giving up the chores which kept me in shape over the last couple years, I have continued to gain weight, lose muscle, and lose my endurance and strength. Worse, I lost motivation. When I finally decided to do something about my thickening waist, I became a member at a local gym and went with my daughter. That lasted until she moved farther away. Then I signed up for local community ed classes rationalizing that having spent additional money, I would attend on a more regular basis. I went once or twice but it wasn’t what I was looking for; I didn’t know anyone, the classes were only once a week, and didn’t teach me anything. Plus no one knew, or cared, if I went or not – it was not motivating enough for me.

I needed to learn how to live with my postmenopausal self and to incorporate that into a new lifestyle.

I was looking for something different; something better….for me.

Simultaneously, I received an email inviting me to participate in the BFIT challenge so I emailed and met Teri. This program had everything I wanted! Nutrition, coaches, aerobics, strength training, and a community of Bfitters to motivate and encourage me! I signed up immediately and I have not looked back. The BFIT program is a way of life and I am/have taken the time to incorporate it into my life to carry me through the next 40+ years of my life. It has changed my life and lifestyle for good!
